- Support pupils in developing their reading, writing, phonics, mathematics, and problem-solving skills.
- Promote positive behaviour and high expectations in line with the school's behaviour policy.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, parents, and the wider school team to support pupils' progress and wellbeing.
- Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times.
