  • Support emotional regulation, behaviour, and engagement throughout the school day.
  • Assist the pupil in accessing classroom learning and adapting tasks where needed.

  • Calm, patient, resilient, and confident when supporting challenging behaviour.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a wider school team.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with children and encourage emotional development.
  • A genuine passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience working with children or young people in an education, care, mentoring, or support setting.
