Job Description
- Reach out to pupils struggling to make connections in school
- Have a positive approach to challenging situations
- Full time role with the opportunity of a permanent contract
- Be a good listener with strong empathy and strong problem-solving skills
- Pay:Daily Rate (£85-£95)
- Location: Close to central Southampton
- Start Date: September 2026
- Contract Length:Long Term –Potential to become permanent
- Hours:Full time
- Support from an Ofsted rated “good” School
Individual Profile
- UK school-based experience mandatory
- Strong SEND understanding
- Must have good classroom and behaviour management
- Passionate, enthusiastic and proactive individual
