Responsibilities
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive classroom environment.
- Assist students with learning, offering one‑on‑one or small group support to enhance understanding.
- Help with classroom management, promoting good behaviour and positive attitudes toward learning.
- Encourage student engagement, motivation and confidence in their learning journey.
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth lesson delivery and classroom organisation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong desire to work in education and support students in their academic and personal growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
- Adaptable, patient and proactive, with a positive attitude toward learning.
- Experience working with children is a bonus but not essential.
- Keenness to learn and grow in the role and the education sector.
