Are you passionate about helping a child thrive, one moment at a time? Supply Desk is working with a warm and inclusive primary school in Radlett seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to provide consistent support to a pupil with additional needs.

The Role

  • Providing 1:1 support tailored to a child\’s individual needs
  • Supporting learning, emotional regulation, and confidence
  • Adapting activities to suit different learning styles
  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience supporting children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or similar)
  • Patient, calm, and nurturing approach
  • Confident building positive relationships
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
