Are you passionate about helping a child thrive, one moment at a time? Supply Desk is working with a warm and inclusive primary school in Radlett seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to provide consistent support to a pupil with additional needs.
The Role
- Providing 1:1 support tailored to a child\’s individual needs
- Supporting learning, emotional regulation, and confidence
- Adapting activities to suit different learning styles
- Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience supporting children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or similar)
- Patient, calm, and nurturing approach
- Confident building positive relationships
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
