Salary: £90 £120 per day (depending on experience)
About the Role:
A supportive and inclusive primary school in Milton Keynes is seeking a compassionate and reliable SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025. You ll be providing essential support to pupils with special educational needs, helping them to access learning and build confidence in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work 1:1 or in small groups with children with SEN
- Support learning activities tailored to individual needs
- Assist with communication, behaviour, and emotional regulation
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting children with SEN (preferred)
- Patient, empathetic, and calm nature
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for helping pupils succeed
