Supply Desk is seeking a caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in High Wycombe.

You will provide 1:1 and small‑group support to pupils with SEN, helping them access the curriculum and reach their learning goals.

You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs and parents to support pupil progression and wellbeing, adapting activities to individual needs and contributing to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
