SEN Teaching Assistant – Full-Time
Location: Borehamwood
Daily Rate: £85-£110 (depending on experience)

About the Role
A welcoming and specialist school in Borehamwood is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team ASAP. The school supports students with autism and complex needs, offering a caring environment enriched by excellent multidisciplinary support.
Responsibilities
- Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for students with autism and other needs
- Support the delivery of personalised learning and therapy activities
- Help develop pupils\’ social, communication, and life skills
- Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families
- Assist with personal care where appropriate
- Maintain accurate records and help monitor student progress
