SEN Teaching Assistant – Full-Time

Responsibilities

Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for students with autism and other needs

Support the delivery of personalised learning and therapy activities

Help develop pupils’ social, communication, and life skills

Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation

Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families

Assist with personal care where appropriate

Maintain accurate records and help monitor student progress

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
