Supply Desk is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to provide personalised support, including one-to-one assistance, in welcoming schools across Bushey.

Job Details:

  • Location: Bushey
  • Start Date: September 2025
  • Pay: From £13 per hour
  • Contract: Full time, temp to perm

What You’ll Do:

  • Work directly with pupils with a range of SEND, supporting their learning and development.
  • Assist in delivering individual education plans (IEPs) and bespoke learning activities.
  • Help students build essential skills, confidence, and independence.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to track progress and adapt strategies.
  • Foster a positive, calm, and inclusive classroom environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with children with SEND (including SEMH, autism, or other additional needs) is a plus but not essential.
  • Patience, empathy, and a kind, nurturing attitude toward supporting children.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
