Supply Desk is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to provide personalised support, including one-to-one assistance, in welcoming schools across Bushey.

What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with pupils with a range of SEND, supporting their learning and development.
- Assist in delivering individual education plans (IEPs) and bespoke learning activities.
- Help students build essential skills, confidence, and independence.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to track progress and adapt strategies.
- Foster a positive, calm, and inclusive classroom environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children with SEND (including SEMH, autism, or other additional needs) is a plus but not essential.
- Patience, empathy, and a kind, nurturing attitude toward supporting children.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
