- Experienced or passionate about supporting pupils with PMLD and complex needs.
- Patient, creative, and able to deliver differentiated, sensory-based learning.
- Skilled at working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams (therapists, teaching assistants, carers, etc.).
- A strong communicator who can build meaningful connections with both students and their families.
- A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) though we also welcome unqualified teachers or instructors with significant SEN experience.
