Supply Desk are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join one of our supportive specialist schools in Woking. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire children and young people with Special Educational Needs, helping them to flourish both academically and personally in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
The successful candidate will deliver engaging, personalised and differentiated learning to pupils with a range of additional needs, supporting their academic progress, emotional wellbeing and personal development. Working closely with Teaching Assistants and a wider multidisciplinary team, you will create a positive learning environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet individual learning needs.
- Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and complex needs.
- Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom where every pupil feels valued and supported.
- Monitor pupil progress and maintain accurate records in line with EHCP outcomes.
