A supportive and inclusive primary school in Slough is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join their team immediately. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of pupils with a range of SEN, including learning difficulties, autism, and speech and language needs
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCO, and external professionals to implement and review individual education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies to support engagement and achievement
- Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support pupil development
