You’ll work closely with children who need additional help withcommunication, emotional regulation, and access to learning—using effective andstructured routines, behaviour management techniques, and a nurturing approach to help them thrive.
You\'ll collaborate with experienced staff and external professionals, ensuring every child receives theregulated supportthey need to flourish both academically and emotionally.
Key Skills & Experience:
Experience or strong interest in supporting children with SEN, including ASD, speech & language needs, or SEMH.
A sound understanding ofEHCPs,differentiation, and inclusive classroom practice.
Confident using alternativecommunicationtools and adapting teaching throughscaffolding.
A nurturing, proactive attitude and ability to work as part of a collaborative support team.
