Supply Desk in Radlett, Hertfordshire, is recruiting a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant (1-1) for a part-time, long-term position. You will provide tailored support to pupils with special educational needs on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO.
This role focuses on pupils with autism, ADHD, dyslexia and other needs, helping them develop independence, confidence and resilience while safeguarding and building strong relationships.
