Job Description:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 National Curriculum, with a focus on literacy, numeracy, and topic-based learning.
- Support pupils' academic and emotional development through creative, differentiated, and inclusive teaching strategies.
- Create a positive and structured classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and resilience.
- Use formative and summative assessment to track progress and inform next steps in learning.
- Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and colleagues to ensure every child reaches their full potential.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
