What Will the Role Involve? Opening and closing school premises. Ensuring school buildings and grounds are safe, secure and well maintained. Carrying out general maintenance, DIY and minor repairs. Monitoring heating, lighting and other site facilities. Setting up rooms and facilities for school activities and events. Maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming environment. Supporting the day-to-day running of the school site. Identifying and reporting any health and safety or maintenance issues. What Are We Looking For? A reliable, proactive and hardworking attitude. Good practical skills and a hands-on approach. Someone who takes pride in their work. The ability to work independently and use their initiative. Good communication and organisational skills.
