The Role
- Deliver an engaging and challenging curriculum, with a strong focus on SATs preparation and independent learning
- Support pupils' academic progress and personal development through effective planning, teaching, and assessment
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters high expectations and motivation
- Provide targeted support to close learning gaps and build confidence
- Communicate regularly with parents, carers, and the wider school team

What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally with Year 6 or Upper KS2 pupils
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and Year 6 assessment frameworks (including SATs)
- A proactive, resilient, and reflective approach to teaching
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children to achieve their best
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
