Contract: Full time – September 2025 start

Salary: £160 - £250 per day

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons that support progress in reading, writing and maths
  • Creating a calm, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment where all children feel safe, seen and supported
  • Working closely with your year group team to share ideas, resources and strategies
  • Assessing pupils’ progress and adapting your teaching to meet individual needs
  • Communicating regularly with parents and carers to celebrate achievements and address concerns
  • Contributing to the wider life of the school, from assemblies and enrichment activities to curriculum development

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A qualified teacher (QTS essential) with experience in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2
  • A calm, consistent classroom presence, able to create a secure and stimulating environment
  • Strong understanding of early reading, phonics, writing and maths
  • Someone who believes that relationships, routines and kindness underpin every great lesson
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to contribute to the wider school community
