Primary Teacher – Bognor Regis

Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons that support progress in reading, writing and maths
- Creating a calm, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment where all children feel safe, seen and supported
- Working closely with your year group team to share ideas, resources and strategies
- Assessing pupils’ progress and adapting your teaching to meet individual needs
- Communicating regularly with parents and carers to celebrate achievements and address concerns
- Contributing to the wider life of the school, from assemblies and enrichment activities to curriculum development
Qualifications & Skills
- A qualified teacher (QTS essential) with experience in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2
- A calm, consistent classroom presence, able to create a secure and stimulating environment
- Strong understanding of early reading, phonics, writing and maths
- Someone who believes that relationships, routines and kindness underpin every great lesson
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to contribute to the wider school community
