You will work in a supportive environment with small class sizes and strong staff‑to‑student ratios, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and provide personalised support to every learner.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering engaging and differentiated Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Adapting the curriculum to meet a wide range of learning needs
- Supporting students’ academic progress and personal development
- Implementing consistent and positive behaviour strategies
- Monitoring progress and providing targeted support
- Contributing to a whole‑school numeracy approach
- Creating a safe, inclusive and structured learning environment
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4
- Understanding of SEMH needs (desirable)
- Strong behaviour management and adaptive teaching skills
- Calm, resilient and consistent approach
- Ability to build strong relationships with students and staff
- Commitment to supporting students with additional needs
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
