Your Role
- Supporting children aged 3 months–4 years with hands‑on, engaging learning
- Bringing creativity and energy to activities, routines and play
- Building strong, trusting relationships with families
- Contributing to a positive, forward‑thinking team culture
- Tracking children’s progress and celebrating their achievements
You’ll Need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Experience in a nursery or early years role
- A proactive, enthusiastic, child‑centred approach
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
