A vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Buckingham is seeking an energetic and dedicated PE Teacher to join their team from September 2026. The role is offered on a temp-to-perm basis, providing the opportunity to transition into a permanent position. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons across KS3 and KS4.
  • Plan and differentiate lessons to meet a range of abilities and promote active participation.

  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing clear and constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to extracurricular sports clubs, fixtures, and school competitions.

Person Specification

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant experience teaching PE at secondary level.
  • Strong subject knowledge across a range of sports and physical activities.
  • Ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities.
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Strong organisational and communication abilities.
  • A passion for sport, fitness, and student development.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
