About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and passionate History Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school, where you\'ll inspire students to explore the past, develop critical thinking skills, and foster a lifelong interest in history.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and inclusive History lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, discussion, and independent thinking.
- Assess, monitor, and record students\' progress, using assessment data to inform planning and support individual learning needs.
- Encourage students to develop strong analytical, research, and source evaluation skills through a range of historical topics.
- Promote positive behaviour and maintain high expectations in line with the school\'s behaviour policy.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support student progress and wellbeing.
- Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times.
