Key Responsibilities:
- Support children s learning and development through purposeful play, exploration, and adult-led activities.
- Encourage social skills, independence, and confidence in young learners.

- Plan and deliver activities that promote the EYFS curriculum, in collaboration with the nursery lead.
- Observe, record, and contribute to the assessment of children\’s progress.

Qualifications & Skills:
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential).
- Experience of working in an early years setting, particularly with 3 5 year olds.
- A genuine love for working with young children and supporting their development.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach, with a good sense of humour.
- A clear understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
