Pay: £140 - £160 per day depending on experience!

About the role:
Supply Desk are working very closely with the Secondary Schools and Sixth Form Colleges based around Southampton, Hampshire, that are seeking supply Teaching staff to help support them over the coming months from September 2025. As a supply teacher, you will be covering classes in the teacher’s absence with all work prepared in advance. It is essential that you are confident with behaviour management and are adaptable in covering a range of subjects. We can offer you consistent work in a range of Secondary Schools in the area and will provide you with an honest and efficient service. We also offer a guaranteed pay scheme where we will guarantee you pay for a certain number of days a week even if you do not work.
What Location?
We are looking for teachers and staff based around Southampton and surrounding areas such as Winchester, New Forest, Eastleigh and Fareham.
We are currently looking for Teachers who:
- Are outstanding classroom professionals
- Have a clear knowledge and understanding of the Secondary curriculum
- Are comfortable teaching across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Experience with high levels of Army children in schools would be beneficial due to the nature of the local area
- Are confident covering an array of subjects with a subject specialism being a bonus
- Are committed, professional and are a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Are Qualified Teacher / Registered with GTC/ QTS/ NQT / ECT
- Are happy to support more challenging schools where behaviour may be present in the classroom
- Have a DBS on the Update Service
