Supply Desk is currently recruiting School Caretakers, Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, Premises Officers and Maintenance Operatives to work across a range of schools.
Whether you have previous experience working in a school or come from a background in general maintenance, property maintenance, facilities management or a trade, we would love to hear from you!
What Will the Role Involve?
Opening and closing school premises.
Ensuring school buildings and grounds are safe, secure and well maintained.
Carrying out general maintenance, DIY and minor repairs.
Monitoring heating, lighting and other site facilities.
Setting up rooms and facilities for school activities and events.
Maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming environment.
Supporting the day-to-day running of the school site.
Identifying and reporting any health and safety or maintenance issues.
What Are We Looking For?
A reliable, proactive and hardworking attitude.
Good practical skills and a hands-on approach.
Someone who takes pride in their work.
The ability to work independently and use their initiative.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Previous caretaker, maintenance, facilities or site management experience is desirable but not essential for all positions.
