What You’ll Be Doing:
- Planning and delivering engaging maths lessons for Key Stage 3 and 4
- Tailoring lessons to meet the needs of all learners and learning styles
- Creating a positive classroom atmosphere where students feel confident to participate
- Setting and marking homework, providing meaningful feedback
- Managing behaviour in a respectful and supportive way
- Helping prepare students for GCSE exams with focused revision sessions
- Contributing to curriculum development and resource creation

- Tracking student progress and communicating with parents and leadership
- Taking part in school life, from staff meetings to extracurricular activities
