About the Role
This role offers the chance to take ownership of a Year 5 class at a key point in their academic journey, helping pupils build confidence and prepare for the transition into Year 6. Your responsibilities will include:
- Teaching a Year 5 class and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons across the curriculum
- Planning, assessing, and adapting lessons to meet the needs of all learners
- Stretching and challenging pupils while providing support where needed
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
- Delivering targeted interventions to support academic and personal development
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high teaching standards

What We’re Looking For
