A warm and inclusive primary school in Marlow is looking for a dedicated and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from January. Key Responsibilities:- Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of SEND, including ASD, SEMH, and MLD
- Assist in delivering differentiated lessons under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Support the implementation and review of EHCPs alongside staff and external professionals
- Use a variety of strategies to support communication, emotional regulation, and behaviour
- Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
- Experience supporting children with SEND in a primary or specialist setting (preferred but not essential)
