The successful candidate will inspire students across Key Stages 4 and 5, delivering engaging lessons that develop critical thinking, analytical skills and a deeper understanding of human behaviour.

What You’ll Do:
- Teach Key Stage 4 and 5 Psychology through engaging lessons covering key psychological theories, research methods and contemporary topics.
- Support student progress through assessments, constructive feedback and academic guidance.
- Encourage curiosity, critical thinking and evidence-based analysis.
- Collaborate with a supportive and innovative teaching team.
- Help students develop confidence, independent learning skills and a deeper understanding of human behaviour and mental processes.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Degree in Psychology or a related field; teaching qualification preferred (QTS).
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
