Are you a passionate Psychology teacher ready to inspire secondary school students? Supply Desk is seeking a dynamic educator to join an ambitious Humanities/Social Sciences department in the Enfield area. The successful candidate will inspire students across Key Stages 4 and 5, delivering engaging lessons that develop critical thinking, analytical skills and a deeper understanding of human behaviour.

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to develop their career within a positive and ambitious school environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Teach Key Stage 4 and 5 Psychology through engaging lessons covering key psychological theories, research methods and contemporary topics.
  • Support student progress through assessments, constructive feedback and academic guidance.
  • Encourage curiosity, critical thinking and evidence-based analysis.
  • Collaborate with a supportive and innovative teaching team.
  • Help students develop confidence, independent learning skills and a deeper understanding of human behaviour and mental processes.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Degree in Psychology or a related field; teaching qualification preferred (QTS).
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Passion for inspiring young learners and making Psychology engaging, relevant and accessible.
