We’re seeking passionate and skilled Behaviour Mentors who:

  • Have experience working with children and young people, particularly those with behavioural challenges or SEMH needs.
  • Are dedicated to creating positive behavioural change and improving outcomes for vulnerable students.
  • Are adaptable, resilient, and thrive in diverse school environments.

Relevant qualifications in education are desirable but not essential—your passion for supporting students and fostering a positive learning environment is what matters most.
