The Role

  • Work both 1:1 and in small groups.
  • Support children with Learning & Behaviour Difficulties and Autism.
  • Deliver a variety of activities and lessons alongside the class teacher.
  • Report back to the class teacher on students' progress.
  • Temp‑Perm role.

The Person

  • Experience working with Special Education Needs.
  • A transferable background such as care, social work, or psychology graduate.
  • Keen to learn and passionate about working with children with learning difficulties.
  • Caring and supportive by nature.
  • Able to build rapport with pupils and staff.
  • A child & adult DBS currently on the update service (or willing to obtain one).
