The Role

- Experience working with Special Education Needs.
- A transferable background such as care, social work, or psychology graduate.
- Keen to learn and passionate about working with children with learning difficulties.
- Caring and supportive by nature.
- Able to build rapport with pupils and staff.
- A child & adult DBS currently on the update service (or willing to obtain one).
