About the role: Provide tailored support to students with complex and challenging behaviours, fostering their personal and academic growth in a nurturing environment Build strong, trusting relationships with students, using individualized communication techniques to meet their unique needs. Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create consistent, structured routines while remaining flexible to adapt to changing circumstances. Use resilience, persistence, and problem-solving skills to address daily challenges and support students’ well-being and progress. Play a key role in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, ensuring every student feels valued and supported.
