Due to increased demand for classroom support, schools are seeking to appoint compassionate and motivated Learning Support Assistants to join their teams from September 2026. This full-time opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience supporting children or those looking to begin a rewarding career in education. The Opportunity You will support pupils across the classroom, on a 1:1 basis, and in small groups, helping them access learning and build confidence. Working closely with teachers and SENCOs, you will help promote academic progress, independence, and wellbeing.
