Salary: £29,344 – £44,919 (MPS/UPS)

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the KS1 National Curriculum

Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment that supports all learners

Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress, providing clear and constructive feedback

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil outcomes

Contribute to whole-school initiatives, meetings, and ongoing professional development

Person Specification
The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Previous experience teaching within Key Stage 1

A secure understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
