We’re looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic Intervention Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Hughenden this April. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils who need extra support, delivering targeted interventions that truly make a difference.
Your Role
- Deliver focused literacy and numeracy interventions to small groups or 1:1
- Support pupils in closing learning gaps and building confidence
- Work collaboratively with teachers to track progress and adapt strategies
- Create a positive, engaging environment that inspires learning
