Are you an experienced English teacher ready to make a real impact? Supply Desk is looking for a qualified and experienced teacher (3rd year of teaching or above) to join a thriving secondary school in Rickmansworth from September 2026.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and challenging English lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
  • Plan and deliver lessons in line with departmental schemes of work and curriculum objectives.
  • Track and support students’ progress, providing clear feedback and guidance.
  • Mark and assess student work accurately and promptly.
  • Create an inclusive, well-managed, and stimulating classroom environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
  • Minimum of 3 years teaching experience.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • A collaborative and adaptable team player.
  • Willingness to teach 3 days per week in Rickmansworth.
