Position: Inclusion Teacher Secondary SEN Provision

Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire

Start Date: September 2026

Contract Type: Long-term contract with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate

Salary: 170 - 260 per day (depending on experience)

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Inclusion Teacher to join a specialist provision in Salisbury from September. This is an excellent opportunity for an educator who is passionate about supporting young people with additional needs and making a meaningful difference to their educational journey. The role will involve working with secondary-aged students with a range of special educational needs, with a particular focus on supporting learners with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). You will help create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment where students can build confidence, develop independence, and achieve positive outcomes. Working within a highly supportive multidisciplinary team, you will adapt learning to meet individual needs while promoting both academic progress and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering engaging and differentiated learning to secondary-aged students with additional needs.
  • Supporting students with SEMH and Autism to access learning and achieve their individual targets.
