Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days

Daily Rate: £89.05 – £110

Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)

  • Building trusting relationships that help pupils feel safe and understood

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children or young people (education, youth work, care, mentoring, etc.)
  • A calm, resilient, and empathetic approach
  • Confidence supporting pupils with behavioural or emotional needs
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
