The Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will deliver creative, child-centred learning experiences that meet the individual needs of pupils within the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will use a play-based approach to encourage curiosity, communication, and social development while adapting teaching strategies to ensure every child can achieve their full potential. Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, families, and the wider school team, you will provide a nurturing and supportive environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to succeed.

Essential Experience
We welcome applications from candidates with experience in one or more of the following:
- SEN School or Specialist Provision
- Teaching Assistant (TA) experience within an SEN setting
- Mainstream school experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs
- Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
- Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
- Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
