The Role As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will: Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across a range of primary age groups Maintain continuity of learning during teacher absences Adapt teaching approaches to suit different classes and learning needs Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment Support pupils of all abilities, including those with SEN Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management Follow school policies and lesson plans where provided Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) desirable Experience teaching within a primary school setting Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills Flexible, reliable, and adaptable approach Confident teaching across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 Strong communication and organisational skills Desirable Previous experience in supply, cover, or PPA teaching Experience teaching across multiple key stages Experience supporting pupils with SEN Ability to quickly adapt to new school environments Why Apply?
