The successful candidate will work closely with students across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them to achieve their full potential both academically and personally. What You’ll Do
- Provide classroom support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Work with students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups to support learning and engagement.
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Support students with additional learning needs, helping to build confidence and independence.
- Encourage positive behaviour, wellbeing and participation in school activities.
The ideal candidate will have
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational or support setting.
