Responsibilities
- Your role as a Primary supply teacher is to fill day-to-day, short-term and long-term bookings across primary schools in the Winchester area.
- You would not be responsible for planning, assessing, or attending staff meetings, but you would mark pupils’ work and help maintain a consistent standard of education.
- You will need excellent classroom management skills and a thorough knowledge of the current National Curriculum.
- You will encourage positive pupil development and monitor pupil progress.
