Deputy Manager - Nursery Supply Desk are seeking a Deputy Manager for a Nursery in Southampton. £120-£130 per day depending on experience.
Location: Southampton. Hours: Full time either 8-5 or 9-6, 5 days a week.

Job Description:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 3 months to 4 years in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Support the emotional, social, and cognitive development of children.
- Be trained to be a Deputy Safe Guarding Lead within the Nursery.
- Work closely with parents and guardians to ensure each child's needs are met.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development.
- Manage a small staff to ensure children are well looked after and planned for.
What you will need:
- Relevant qualification in early years education (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent).
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting.
- Genuine passion for working with children and commitment to their well-being and development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
