The successful candidate will supervise classes across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring students remain engaged in their learning and that a positive classroom environment is maintained. What You’ll Do: Supervise classes across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the absence of the regular teacher. Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and ensure students remain on task. Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively. Support students with their learning, encouraging engagement, confidence and independence. Promote positive behaviour, wellbeing and participation in school activities. The ideal candidate will have: Experience working with children or young people in an educational or support setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A confident, patient and enthusiastic approach to working with students.
