We’re looking for caring, reliable Classroom Support Assistants to join our team in Worthing and the surrounding area. Whether you prefer full-time roles or flexible, day-to-day placements, we’ll help place you in settings where your support truly matters.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting teachers with lessons and classroom activities
- Providing one-to-one or small-group support to pupils
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Supporting pupils with additional needs and adapting your approach where needed
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
- Working alongside staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children (any age group welcome)
- A patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach
- Confidence supporting pupils with different needs and abilities
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
