Supply Desk are seeking Teaching Assistants and Nursery Nurses for a school with an attached Nursery.

Salary: £75-£115 per day depending on experience

Location: Portchester

Hours: Variable and flexible for short-term cover

Start: January 2026

Job Description:

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children from the ages of 1-4 years, in a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Support the emotional, social, and cognitive development of children.
  • Work closely with parents and guardians to ensure each child’s needs are met.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of each child’s progress and development.

What you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in early years education (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent).
  • Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting.
