Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and delivering imaginative, age-appropriate lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Creating a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment that encourages exploration and independent learning
  • Monitoring and assessing each child's development, identifying areas for support, and tailoring learning strategies to meet individual needs
  • Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to foster a sense of trust, collaboration, and community

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Proven experience working with early years children, ideally within a primary school setting
  • In-depth knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and a strong grasp of effective early years pedagogy
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and the ability to inspire and engage young learners
